Wholesale Membership Policies

Tyler Cody Designs reserves the right to refuse service or membership to any applicant and membership is revocable without cause.
Membership Accounts & Fees
  • Membership fee is for one twelve (12)-month period from the date of enrollment of the Primary Accountholder.
  • Your membership account is valid at any Tyler Cody Designs store, website or affiliated company.
  • You will be required to login securely to your membership account when entering any Tyler Cody Designs website and possibly again when making payment. 
  • Your membership account will require accurate personal information to be valid. 
  • If your account is compromised in any way, or victim to unauthorized use, contact us immediately at (714) 777-2233.
  • Memberships may be terminated at Tyler Cody Designs discretion. Account data remains property of Tyler Cody Designs.
  • Wholesale Membership Accounts are not transferable.
  • One free additional Membership is available to a Primary or Affiliate Members' spouse, domestic partner, or anyone over the age of 18 and living at the same address. Additional Member will be asked to present proof that they live at the same address as either the Primary or Affiliate Member.
  • Limit one Premium Membership per household or business.

Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
  1. Gemstones: 1.00ct or larger: Members returning a gemstone over 1.00ct must also present all original paperwork (IGI and/or GIA certificates) at which time they will receive a Jewelry Credit Memo. Within 48 hours, our Gemologist will inspect for authenticity.
  2. Products with a limited useful life expectancy, such as tires and batteries, may be sold with a product-specific limited warranty.
  3. Special Order and Custom Designs: Custom product(s) manufactured to our member’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications.
  • On Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.
  • On Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions: any item that has been used, sold/worn, or damaged not by fault of Tyler Cody Designs.
Membership Sales and Use Taxes, And Resale Certificates
  • The member agrees to pay Tyler Cody Designs any sales, excise, use or ad valorem tax that is imposed on the sale price of the items purchased. The member agrees that in the event they fail to pay Tyler Cody Designs such tax, they will hold Tyler Cody Designs harmless and indemnify Tyler Cody Designs from any claim, loss, assessment or expense occasioned by such non-payment. In addition, Tyler Cody Designs membership will be subject to immediate forfeiture.
  • If any merchandise is being purchased for resale, the member shall have a valid resale license number on file with Tyler Cody Designs and shall notify Tyler Cody Designs prior to recording the sale on in the order. Such declaration, and the products purchased thereunder, shall be recorded on a "Certificate for Resale." Sales tax will not be charged at the time of purchase only on those products the member states are specifically for resale; all other products subject to tax will be deemed taxable.
  • In the event any product that was purchased for resale (tax free) is subsequently consumed or used in any manner which creates or imposes a sales or use tax, member agrees to report and pay to the proper taxing authority any tax due, including penalties and interest.
Renewing, Adding, Deleting Membership Accounts
  • A Business Administrator will be authorized to make changes to the Business Membership. This includes changing the business address, phone number, adding or removing Affiliate Members, and upgrading or renewing the Business Membership. The Business Administrator cannot remove the Primary Member or change Affiliate Members' personal information. They must be a current Costco member.
  • The Primary Member must authorize renewal or account changes, including additions or deletions, and is responsible for the membership.
  • You will receive a renewal notice by email each year. Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the month your membership expires. You may remit your renewal fee by mail, online at www.tylercody.com or at any Tyler Cody Designs Retailer. Tyler Cody Designs members may charge their membership fees automatically on their MasterCard® or Visa® card; the card will be charged on the first day of your renewal month. Members who auto-bill their membership will not receive a renewal notice in email.
  • Membership renewal must be completed for all accountholders on the membership when the renewal is processed.
  • You will not receive new membership cards each year.
  • Memberships renewed within 2 months after expiration of the current membership year will be extended for 12 months from the expiration date. Memberships renewed more than 2 months after such expiration will be extended for 12 months from the renewal date.
  • Primary Business Members may add additional Accountholders (Affiliates) to their membership. The Affiliate Membership fee is $55, and includes one free Household Membership for a cardholder's spouse, domestic partner, or anyone over the age of 18 and living at the same address. To add cardholders to your Business Membership contact us at [email protected].
  • A Personal Administrator will be authorized to make changes to your membership. This includes changing the address, phone number, adding or removing members, updating communication preferences, and upgrading or renewing a membership. They must be a current Wholesale Club Member.
Product Prices
  • Each item is marked with an item number or a UPC Code. The price of the item, along with the description and identifying number, is posted above the item.
Payment
  • We accept all Major Credit Cards, Tyler Cody Designs Gift Certificates, cash, verified company checks. Company Checks may require picture identification and further approval by a supervisor or manager.  Cash is not accepted at www.tylercody.com or www.tylercodyapparel.com. See Retail Stores for locations which accept cash.
  • Company checks must be written in the exact amount, issued on the member's checking account, pre-printed with the member's name, address and telephone number and presented by the member. To pay by check, the member must have a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo identification on file with Tyler Cody Designs. Any exceptions must be pre=approved by management.
  • The Primary Member is responsible for purchases made by any additional accountholders. In the event that either the Primary Member or additional accountholder has a check returned by the bank, the Primary will make good the face amount of the check upon demand, plus a reasonable service charge and other expenses incurred.
  • If any legal action is brought by or on behalf of Tyler Cody Designs to collect payment on a check, the member writing the check will be liable for reasonable fees and costs of collection.
