WHOLESALE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wholesale Club Membership Accounts with Tyler Cody Designs are open to the public and to valid retail business for the purposes of selling of Tyler Cody Designs, and upon acceptance of Membership Application and Membership Fees paid in full.  A person or organization seeking membership will be accepted as a Tyler Cody Designs Member upon submission, receipt, acceptance and processing of the required online Membership Application.  Tyler Cody Designs reserves the right to refuse membership to any person and/or organization based on any reason deemed justifiable by Tyler Cody Designs.   

Certain people and or businesses that are unlikely to be accepted into membership are online-only businesses, businesses without a physical location, non-retail (or wholesale) businesses, businesses outside of the U.S. and businesses operated by jewelry artists, or designers where they may sell their own collections.  Exceptions can be made in these instances and all applications will be diligently and thoughtfully reviewed in these circumstances. 

​Membership Sales and Use Taxes, And Resale Certificates
  • The member agrees to pay Tyler Cody Designs any sales, excise, use or ad valorem tax that is imposed on the sale price of the items purchased. The member agrees that in the event they fail to pay Tyler Cody Designs such tax, they will hold Tyler Cody Designs harmless and indemnify Tyler Cody Designs from any claim, loss, assessment or expense occasioned by such non-payment. In addition, Tyler Cody Designs membership will be subject to immediate forfeiture.
  • If any merchandise is being purchased for resale, the member shall have a valid resale license number on file with Tyler Cody Designs and shall notify Tyler Cody Designs prior to recording the sale on in the order. Such declaration, and the products purchased thereunder, shall be recorded on a "Certificate for Resale." Sales tax will not be charged at the time of purchase only on those products the member states are specifically for resale; all other products subject to tax will be deemed taxable.
  • In the event any product that was purchased for resale (tax free) is subsequently consumed or used in any manner which creates or imposes a sales or use tax, member agrees to report and pay to the proper taxing authority any tax due, including penalties and interest.

​RESTRICTION OF SALE - BUSINESS WHOLESALE MEMBERS
Tyler Cody Designs is also a wholesale supplier intended solely for use within the fashion industry. In general, we sell to retail businesses, retail outlets, and properly licensed retailers. Below is a list of the main terms that must be met in order to qualify as a wholesale purchaser from Tyler Cody Designs.  Membership may be refused or canceled at any time by Tyler Cody Designs, for not abiding by any of the following terms, and not limited to:
    1. All product purchased under a must be offered for resale to the general public. If you are a retailer, your products must be available as such to the general public. "End-users" of our product are not considered eligible for purchasing even if they are a fully constituted "business."
    2. As a retailer or representative of the business, must have a State Sales Tax License or Exemption Certificate from the state in which you conduct business. You must also have proof of valid business licensee in your state and/or county/city. 
    3. You must have a display area where our products are sold to the general public and can be properly displayed and cared for.
    4. Our stock is offered at our wholesale price to knowledgeable professionals (in the retail industry) only. The buyer certifies that all goods purchased are for use or consumption in connection with the sale and/or distribution of our products as a business enterprise and are not for personal use or consumption. If for any reason, Tyler Cody Designs should discover that product purchased from us at wholesale pricing is for personal use, we reserve the right to cancel customers account without prior notice.

Please seek the advice from your personal accountant or local taxation office to determine if membership is tax deductible in your country.

Member rights include, but are not limited to, the opportunity have access to the privileges defined as those tangible and intangible benefits, products and services offered with membership in Tyler Cody Designs.

www.tylercody.com is a wholesale & E-commerce Site.

WE ARE AN ARTISAN-CRAFTED JEWELRY COMPANY based in Orange County, California. We sell artisan-crafted jewelry to qualified retail stores, museum gift stores, and boutiques.

Your use of www.tylercody.com is subject to Tyler Cody designs's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Cancellation/Refund  Policy Cancellation and/or refund Options If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us using the directions below: Step 1: Write the reason for the Return on the back of this sheet, OR contact us for an RMA code prior to return shipment of item(s). Step 2: Mail via a traceable method to Tyler Cody Designs (See Address at top) choose either: Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.   Items received within 60 days of shipment are eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment. For returns after 60 days, we’ll be glad to issue a merchandise credit to the email address on file. For exchanges, there are no additional shipping charge; we’ll just ask that you pay for return postage. If exchanging items, you will be notified with your new order number. Wholesale pricing is confidential in nature. Only approved Members should be privy to wholesale prices. Once validated, you will be given an online account to access our wholesale pricing online.

Minimums

There are typically no minimums, however this is subject to change. Free shipping and free samples are only valid with orders over $89. Prices and selections are based on availability of raw materials and are subject to change without notice. You will always be notified of any price increase prior to any order being processed to allow you the opportunity to change or cancel a selection. Likewise, as raw material costs lower, savings we receive are passed on to our customers.

Selections and Availability

We constantly create new products. Please refer to our website to view current and new selections. Custom products are made available to you at wholesale prices at your request.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, color and dimensions may vary with each lot. Wholesale orders are produced when the order is placed. Custom orders are welcome. Please call (714) 777-2233 for details.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-7 business days. You will be notified of a planned ship date if any circumstances arise that would prolong the typical shipping time. Shipping charges are estimated and unless otherwise requested will be based on best method/best price. Actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice accordingly.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of shipment. For your convenience, we accept checks for established Net 30 clients, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Payment by check must be received and processed prior orders being shipped, unless a Net 30 account has been established. No COD orders are accepted.

Returns & Refused Shipments

Merchandise can not be returned until you receive a return authorization number and email us at [email protected] for authorization.
​If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges may apply.

All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before leaving the shop. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately.

Broken, Worn, or Products Scratched, Chipped or in any way Damaged by the Customer is NON returnable because of the volatility and hygienic cleanliness of the product, as we can not be assured of the purity upon return.
